We are looking for an experienced supply chain manager to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.

• Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
• Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
• Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
• Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.
• Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
• Communicate with the product development team by giving information and advise on the availability and cost of supply and materials.
• Coordination of technical revisions, product line extensions, or new product launches as part of a team to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
• Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
• Monitors supplier performance, assessing their ability to fulfil quality and delivery standards; discovers and certifies new suppliers in partnership with other departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
• May require experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
• Understanding of accounting or finance.
• Must be able to comprehend legal documents.
• Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world
